Malibu Shores

Location: Leo Carrillo State Beach

So I randomly took a few of my homies to the beach out in Malibu. I was mainly aiming to find an abrasive style coastline with tide pools, sea caves. An hour out from Los Angeles, this place had just that. Ideally I would have wanted to shoot during the early morning of a weekday to avoid people in general but things didn’t work out that way. None the less, we made it there and photos were pretty cool. I have been to this location before, during the Fate beach shoot a couple years back.

Bts photos including selfies and shots we randomly snapped from our phones. We shot around the rocky shores, tide pools and sea cave. There were a good amount of people out that day so we had to kinda wait for it to clear our a bit.

After a while we got a but hungry and had some bio needs. So we drove a bit and came across Malibu Pier. Now this spot was on my list of spots to check out so I was more than happy to come here. It has a very clean but nautical aesthetic to it. Sporting the white and blue colors attributed with Navy. The pier was decorated with cute shops, and a lovely seaside cafe.

As mentioned earlier, there’s a cute little seaside cafe sitting at the end of the dock. There was no way I’d leave without checking this place out, and with out stomachs ready for some food and drink, this was perfect.

Pictured bellow are the menu, and some photos of the meals we had.

After some rest and meals, it was back to the beach. This time our other friend Kayz0rbeam joined us. There were two outfits we focused on for her. The first was a vibrant citypunk style swimsuit. We wanted to focus on that kind of aesthetic. The second was a cyber punk beach outfit that I would later edit some mechas into.

BTS of the second half of the photoshoot.
